Not solely because your previous licence was obtained using an older qualification.

OFT has confirmed that where an applicant held the same security functions within the preceding 12 months, section 11(2A) of the Security Providers Act 1993 applies regardless of the qualification originally used to obtain that licence.

Any applicable outstanding ongoing training requirements must still be considered separately.
