Do regional students receive the same qualification?

Regional Queensland Security Training · 23 views
Of course – we are all Queenslanders. A student completing a BARS Training Australia course on the Gold Coast receives the same nationally recognised qualification as a student completing that course in Townsville, Cairns, Mount Isa, Cape York or even Murray Island in the Torres Strait. More importantly, we deliver the same course to the same high training and assessment standards wherever you live.

Taking practical security training into remote Queensland can certainly be challenging for us. Security training requires equipment and resources for practical activities and assessments, and getting everything into some communities can be interesting. On occasions we have even had to charter private aircraft to transport our facilitators and training equipment into remote locations.

But that's our problem – not yours. Living in a remote community should never mean receiving a lesser standard of training. The CPP20218 Certificate II in Security Operations delivered on the Gold Coast is the same qualification we deliver on Murray Island. Students must undertake the required learning, practical activities, role-plays and assessments and demonstrate the same competencies regardless of where the course is conducted.

Same course, same qualification and the same high standards of training – that's what you can expect from BARS Training Australia wherever we meet you in Queensland.
