I completed CPP20218 several years ago but never applied for a security licence. Do I have to complete the course again?

No, not simply because several years have passed.

OFT confirmed that the 13 CPPSEC security units previously completed as part of CPP20218 remain acceptable where a person completed the qualification four years earlier but never applied for a security licence, provided CPP20218 remains approved training for the relevant security provider licence functions.

The passage of time alone does not require those 13 security units to be repeated.

Applicants must still provide current First Aid and CPR evidence and satisfy the other applicable licensing requirements.
