This page of the BARS Training website has been designed to assist you through your studies. Through this webpage students have access to useful links and a unique video chat room, where you can take part in a webcam conference with the facilitator and two other participants of that course at the same time.
With regards to the workbooks, it is important that you read and understand the content of each chapter and utilise the online support and links provided whenever possible. You must also do the activities at the end of each unit of competency as this activity will form apart of a workshop assessment on attending the face to face component of the course.
With regards to the face-to-face component of the course, you will be asked to demonstrate the practical skills and knowledge required for competency in a work environment. These tasks need to be observed as being performed to industry standards by your course facilitator during the face-to-face component of the course.
NOTE: Please ensure that you fully complete the workbook prior to this face to face component of the course to allow time for these practical skills to be tested by your facilitator.
